We provide specialist strength and conditioning and personal training for outdoor and action sports, whatever your activity, ability and experience level.

Working with runners, road cyclists, mountain bikers, climbers, mountaineers, hill walkers and more, we deliver all the coaching, training programmes, support and education you need to build life-long activity and performance in the great outdoors.

Our coaching is provided partly or fully online (depending on your needs and location), while our face-to-face coaching is delivered from Macclesfield, Cheshire, in the UK, just south of Manchester and on the edge of The Peak District National Park.

    1:1 Coaching

    Whatever your sport, we offer a highly consultative approach. Our 1:1 strength and conditioning coaching is completely individualised, and optimised for your own goals, body, sport, training history and life situation. We use online and/or face-to-face approaches, according to your location and needs month-to-month.

  • Consultations

    For self-coached athletes or coaches seeking guidance on how to integrate strength and conditioning into training. After an initial discussion, a thorough review of your goals, objectives, training (past and present) and, if necessary, lifting technique, you will receive a report containing recommendations for you to take away and implement.
